Outline of activities carried out by Vincent Brady Consulting Engineers Practice.

• I am a Civil Engineer having qualified as such in the year 2000 and I am a member of Engineers Ireland and in independent private practice.

• My practice consists of: Civil & Structural Engineering, Architectural, Planning, Structural Surveys, Construction Supervision and Energy assessment & assessor.

 

• In relation to setting-out work, the only setting out would be a one off house and checking boundaries for boundary disputes.

• We offer a complete service from design and planning permission of works to carrying out the construction supervision and issue a Certificate of Compliance at end of works.

 

• We carry out all types of inspections ie Structural Surveys, Snag Lists, Damp & Storm damage reports and crack & monitoring surveys to assist in insurance claims and forensic investigations.

• We will take on liaising with all necessary parties and attend court as Professional Witness to achieve a productive outcome for the client.
