What We Do / Services

 

• Keith is a member of the Dublin Collaborative Law Practice Group, a member of the Association of Collaborative Practitioners (ACP) and the IACP.
• Keith is a former Chairperson of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Associations Family Law Committee which deals with best practice for solicitors in the area of separation, divorce and child law and has published a number of articles on the topic of separation and divorce. He has also written on the subject of legal aid in family law cases.
• Keith has been elected to the Council of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association, the representative body for 4,000 solicitors in Dublin by his peers in Dublin for the past 5 years.
• He is editor of the Parchment legal magazine.
• He was appointed by the President of the Law Society of Ireland to chair the editorial board of the Law Society's Gazette (its legal periodical) in 2004.
• Keith has tutored in the Law Society of Ireland's Professional Practice Course (advanced) in the area of divorce and family law. He has also trained members of the Free Legal Advice Centres (FLAC) in the area of domestic violence, divorce and separation.
• He is a member of the Family Lawyers Association.
